Our Process
Discovery
Our process usually starts with a discovery call where we’ll learn more about your business, your goals, and your automation needs. During this call, we’ll discuss your current processes, challenges, and automation ideas. We’ll also get a sense of your level of automation experience to ensure we’re on the same page. From there, you can decide which of our offers work best for your business.
Getting Started
For subscriptions, you can simply fill out a form to get started. You’ll be sent a contract to sign via email, then a link to make your first payment and book your kick-off call. During this call, we’ll review your priorities, share any necessary authentications, and outline the first action items for your automation ideas. Then we start building!
For projects, we’ll book a Project Discovery Call to discuss your specific idea and gather requirements. Our team will follow up within 1 week with a feasibility assessment (and any recommended adjustments) as well as an estimated timeline and price. Following your approval, we send the contract and invoice for the initial payment. Once those are completed, we start building!
Project payments are typically billed 50% up-front and 50% upon completion.
Building with Us
Every automation starts with a clear objective to ensure we meet your needs effectively. Here’s what you can expect, starting with a new idea:
- Idea: You can send us an email, make a walkthrough video, or write an idea on a napkin and mail it to us. We’ll bring any new ideas we have to you as well (via email).
- Gather Requirements: We gather all the details about the process, including any apps or tools involved. Check out our TADA framework to learn how we approach automation planning.
- Feasibility Assessment: We assess the technical feasibility to ensure the solution is viable and will provide the desired outcomes.
- Finalize a Plan: After confirming feasibility, we refine the requirements and finalize the plan with you.
- Build: Our team builds and tests the automation based on the finalized plan.
- Publish: Once built, we publish the automation. Ideally, we do at least one “live test” with sample data to ensure it behaves as expected.
- Close Watch: After launch, both you and our team monitor the automation closely to ensure it runs smoothly.
- Maintenance Mode: Finally, after a successful launch and testing, the automation enters maintenance mode, where we monitor and make any necessary updates or requested improvements.

We offer subscription plans and project options designed to meet your unique automation needs.
Subscription Plans
With a subscription, you get priority access to our team for new automation builds and ongoing updates and maintenance. We’ll ensure your systems are always running smoothly, and any issues are addressed promptly. Subscriptions are perfect for businesses looking for continuous optimization and regular support. We offer 2 tiers:
- Tier 1 – $2,000/month for 1-2 concurrent automation requests (up to 10 hours per month).
- Tier 2 – $5,000/month for unlimited concurrent automation requests (up to 40 hours per month).
If an automation request is too large to be completed in a reasonable time frame based on Tier 1’s limits, a project can be arranged. In comparison, Tier 2 subscription clients rarely have to seek out additional projects.
Projects
For one-time automation builds or specific tasks, we offer project-based pricing. Our typical projects range from $2,000 to $15,000 and 4 – 12 weeks. After a project is delivered, we provide up to 1 hour of troubleshooting per issue free of charge. If more extensive work is needed, we’ll discuss additional billing on a case-by-case basis. Ongoing maintenance and updates can be arranged separately after project completion.
